Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return of products
For food products such as our powder Chai, we do not accept returns for food safety and hygiene reasons. (However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you may contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
For accessories such as coffee makers and milk fryers, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
