Sediment in your cup of chai is completely normal and is a result of the nature of the ingredients used in your blend. Here are some explanations :

1. Spices do not dissolve in water :
Spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and cardamom are solids that don't dissolve completely in water. This means they can leave a residue in the cup, which is why you see sediment.

2. Assam black tea :
Black tea, like Assam, contains tannins that can also contribute to the formation of a slight sediment. These substances mix with the spices, creating a residue at the bottom of the cup.

3. Absence of additives or filtering agents :
Our blend is 100% natural, with no added filtering agents or additives that could prevent sediment formation. This ensures pure flavors, but can also cause sediment.

How to avoid deposits ?
If you prefer to avoid residue in your cup, you can use our French press to brew your chai. The French press is particularly effective because it separates the tea leaves and spices from the liquid, reducing residue in your cup.

That said, these deposits are neither dangerous nor unusual, and are simply a reflection of the richness and authenticity of your drink.

• Food Products : Due to safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for Chai powder.


• Accessories We accept returns for French Presses and Milk Frothers if the product is unused and in its original packaging . You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the return.

2. I would like to exchange a product, is this possible ?

• If you wish to exchange an "accessories" product, you can return the one you purchased and place a new order for the product of your choice.

3. Can I cancel my order ?
